Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual) supporting both office and production environments. Ensure high availability and optimal performance of critical manufacturing systems such as MES, SCADA, and ERP integrations. Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including industrial networks and wireless systems across production facilities. Implement, monitor, and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems from threats. Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies for critical production data and systems. Provide technical support and training for end-users on hardware, software, and shop floor applications. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure operational continuity and compliance. Recommended Qualifications Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and SAN/NAS storage solutions. Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices. Demonstrated experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) systems, SCADA, and MES environments. Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and system management. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues quickly and effectively in a production-critical environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments. Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor). Understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to manufacturing (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, FDA GxP). Experience supporting CAD/CAM software or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
