Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis. Strong understanding of inventory control methodologies (e.g., JIT, Lean, ABC analysis) and demand forecasting. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; APICS certification preferred. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification. Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with WMS or ERP system implementation projects. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners.
