Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage, ensuring high availability for 24/7 manufacturing operations. Provide technical support for shop floor systems, industrial PCs, HMI panels, and other operational technology (OT) devices. Administer and support key manufacturing applications such as ERP, MES, SCADA, and quality management systems. Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect both IT and OT environments from threats and vulnerabilities. Develop, test, and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery solutions for all critical systems and data. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to optimize efficiency and prevent downtime. Collaborate with engineering and production teams on IT/OT convergence projects and new technology implementations. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V) and SAN/NAS storage. Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and manufacturing execution systems (MES). Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues in a production environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or PLC integration. Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP). Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT) environments. Prior experience supporting ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O).
