Key Responsibilities Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs and preventing stockouts. Oversee and execute regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories, investigating and resolving discrepancies. Analyze inventory data, identify trends, and generate reports to improve forecasting and inventory management strategies. Implement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) to track and control inventory movement. Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to synchronize material flow and optimize supply chain efficiency. Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory obsolescence, damage, and shrinkage. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control or materials management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and advanced inventory management software. Solid understanding of supply chain principles, lean manufacturing, and inventory optimization techniques. Demonstrated ability to analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and implement effective process improvements. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
