Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventive and reactive repairs for manufacturing equipment and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations specific to a manufacturing environment. Manage and optimize space planning, layouts, and reconfigurations to support manufacturing operations and efficiency. Develop and manage the facilities budget, controlling operational costs and capital expenditure. Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, and specialized services. Implement and manage energy efficiency programs and sustainability initiatives within the manufacturing plant. Lead facilities-related projects, such as equipment installations, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades. Recommended Qualifications Strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building systems relevant to manufacturing. Minimum of 5 years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships effectively. In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant safety and environmental regulations. Demonstrated experience in project management for facility upgrades and preventative maintenance programs.
