Key Responsibilities Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment, building systems, and infrastructure. Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA). Manage the facilities budget, including operational expenses and capital expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Oversee and manage external contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility operations and services. Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations, expansions, and new equipment installations. Optimize utility management, including energy consumption, water usage, and waste disposal. Develop and maintain robust emergency preparedness and business continuity plans to minimize operational disruptions. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical expertise in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), utilities, and industrial equipment support. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and utilize CMMS software. Project management experience for facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations. In-depth knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, building codes). Experience with budget management, procurement, and contract negotiation with vendors. Bonus Qualifications Lean/Six Sigma Certification or experience in process improvement methodologies. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proficiency with CAD or BIM software for space planning and facility documentation. Experience with advanced CMMS/IWMS implementation or optimization.
