Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily finishing production activities and personnel. Ensure all finished products meet quality standards, specifications, and client requirements. Recommended Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing finishing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to achieve output and quality targets. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and interpret technical specifications. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and compliance requirements. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP software. Certification in a relevant quality standard (e.g., ISO 9001). Proven background in root cause analysis and corrective action.
