Fabrication Lead | Charlotte, MI Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience Are you a skilled professional with a passion for excelling in fabrication lead? The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Charlotte region seeking Fabrication Leads. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of fabrication technicians and welders. Plan and coordinate daily fabrication schedules and workflow to meet production targets. Ensure all fabricated components meet engineering specifications and quality standards. Oversee the safe operation and maintenance of fabrication equipment and tools. Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and work orders for accurate fabrication. Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues, material discrepancies, and production bottlenecks. Train new team members on fabrication techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in fabrication, including a supervisory or lead capacity. Strong proficiency in various fabrication techniques (e.g., welding, machining, sheet metal forming) and blueprint interpretation. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and motivate personnel. Excellent problem-solving abilities for production and equipment troubleshooting. Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and adherence to safety regulations.
