Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of fabricators to meet production schedules and quality targets. Ensure all fabricated parts and assemblies adhere to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Optimize fabrication processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and manage resources to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures. Train, mentor, and develop fabrication team members, fostering a skilled and productive workforce. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during fabrication, collaborating with engineering as needed. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on fabrication experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Expert-level proficiency in multiple fabrication processes (e.g., welding, cutting, forming, machining) and blueprint interpretation. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled fabricators, including work scheduling and performance management. Strong understanding and commitment to manufacturing quality standards, safety regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex fabrication issues, optimize workflows, and implement effective solutions.
