Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all facility maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for infrastructure and production support systems. Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and building regulations specific to manufacturing operations. Develop, implement, and manage the annual facilities budget, controlling operational costs and capital expenditures. Select, negotiate with, and manage external vendors and contractors for facility services, repairs, and projects. Lead and manage facility-related capital projects, such as expansions, renovations, and equipment installations, from planning to completion. Optimize utility consumption and manage energy efficiency initiatives across the manufacturing plant. Implement and manage a robust asset management program for facility infrastructure and critical plant equipment. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities management within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong technical knowledge of industrial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, CMMS, and building automation systems. Demonstrated experience with budget management, capital projects, and vendor contract negotiation. In-depth understanding of EHS regulations, OSHA, and compliance standards specific to manufacturing operations. Ability to lead and develop facilities teams, ensuring operational efficiency and critical infrastructure uptime.
