Job Description Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters for management-side clients Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other key litigation documents Support case strategy, legal research, factual development, and day-to-day matter management Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation-related proceedings Work closely with clients to provide thoughtful, business-focused legal guidance Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex workplace disputes and risk-sensitive employment issues Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience Active Michigan bar admission required Labor and employment law experience preferred Strong academic credentials Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment Ability to work independently and collaboratively Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a team that combines sophisticated legal work with a supportive and forward-thinking culture.
