Company Background We are representing our client a federal statutory body in Malaysia responsible to look for a Senior Executive Data & Analytics to join the team Job Responsibilities: Analyze the performance data of operators from technical and financial perspectives Translate data into findings and insights for regulatory purposes Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical presentations Develop strategic matrices Support compliance monitoring, strategic planning, and policy formulation Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of regulatory data Collaborate with technical, economic, and enforcement teams Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Data Science / Statistics / Mathematics, Finance / Economics / Risk Management, Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering A Master's degree or advanced coursework in a related field is an advantage Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and descriptive statistics Experience in operations management, cost optimization, asset management and strategic projects Advanced Excel, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau for KPI dashboards, or equivalent tools CAPEX/OPEX, ROI, operating margins, and optimal cost management Able to integrate technical, financial, risk, and data analysis. Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency, financial performance, and organizational resilience.
