Leasing Manager / Tenant Acquisition Manager (F&B)

Position: Leasing Manager / Tenant Acquisition Manager (F&B) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE | Reporting To: COO We are seeking a commercially driven Leasing Manager / Tenant Acquisition Manager to source and onboard F&B brands across food truck parks, modular retail hubs, and petrol station locations. Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and secure local & international F&B tenants. Build pipelines, manage full tenant acquisition cycle, and curate tenant mixes. Maintain UAE F&B ecosystem relationships and monitor market trends. Source concepts for petrol station retail Experience & Skills: 7–10+ years in tenant acquisition, leasing, or business development within F&B or retail real estate. Strong experience with food truck parks, hospitality concepts, or petrol station retail. Experience with shopping mall leasing teams, F&B operators, or hospitality development is a plus. Exposure to fast-paced startups or high-growth regional companies is highly desirable. Candidate Preference: Previous exposure to Abu Dhabi or Al Ain F&B market. Currently based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi. Fluent in English and Arabic Language
