Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and components using statistical models and market intelligence. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, and customer insights to refine forecast models. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams to gather input and align demand plans. Lead demand review meetings and actively contribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Monitor forecast accuracy, identify root causes of significant variances, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. Manage demand planning parameters within ERP/APO systems to optimize inventory levels and service targets. Support new product introductions and end-of-life planning with demand projections and lifecycle management. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles within manufacturing. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of statistical forecasting methods. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
