Strong understanding of in-process quality control and material inspection. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, M-code) or CAM software for Swiss lathes. Experience with advanced machine troubleshooting and minor repairs. Ability to grind or sharpen cutting tools for optimal performance.
