Your role Optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and ROI Work on keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget optimization Analyze campaign results and translate data into clear, actionable insights Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports Continuously improve campaign quality and effectiveness What were looking for Mandatory German C1/C2 (spoken & written) Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience (mandatory) Background in Digital Marketing / PPC / Performance Marketing Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Comfortable working with Excel Nice to have Agency background Experience with SMB or e-commerce campaigns Knowledge of Meta or other paid media platforms Work schedule & model Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 Hybrid working model Office location: LACS Santos, Lisbon Salary & contract Annual gross salary: 23,000 € Permanent contract Start dates 2 February 2026 16 February 2026 Why Lisbon?
