Position: Fellowship-Trained Radiologist Type: Contract Compensation: $290–$340/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Evaluate the ability of large language models to answer advanced, real-world MSK and neuroradiology cases. Design expert-level diagnostic and reasoning challenges that current models struggle to answer. Develop gold-standard answers with clear diagnostic reasoning, focusing on edge cases and nuanced differentials. Emphasize multimodal reasoning, particularly in MSK and neuroradiology . Collaborate directly with research teams at a leading AI lab . Provide feedback on common failure modes in model reasoning. Qualifications Must-Have MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency . Completion of a radiology fellowship (any subspecialty). Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology. 2+ years of post-training clinical experience. Currently based in the United States . Exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology and/or Neuroradiology . Primary clinical practice focused on MSK or neuro imaging . Academic or teaching experience (residents, fellows, conferences). Experience creating case-based assessments, exam questions, or rubrics. Background in complex MRI interpretation or subspecialty-heavy workflows. Interview Process Complete a short interview ( 20–30 mins total) exploring clinical background and subspecialty expertise.
