Plan and assign daily production tasks to meet output targets and deadlines. Monitor assembly processes to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications. Identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material shortages. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching for skill development. Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing assembly environment, with prior supervisory or team lead responsibilities. Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching and performance evaluation. Solid understanding of assembly processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities for production and operational challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
