In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel goals, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble personalized travel plans. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining accurate planning records. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before and during travel when adjustments occur. This role emphasizes dependable coordination, organization, and strong customer service while supporting travelers throughout the planning process.
