You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble well-structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation when adjustments occur. This role emphasizes organization, reliability, and strong customer service while helping travelers prepare smooth and well-coordinated experiences.
