Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Metropolis, Illinois . This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients to improve mobility, restore function, and support recovery following illness, injury, or surgery. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to help patients reach their highest level of functional independence. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and adjust therapy programs based on patient progress Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and functional ability Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Delegate and supervise treatment provided by Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes Ensure therapy services follow established clinical standards and regulatory guidelines Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Illinois Physical Therapist License (or temporary permit) 1 year of clinical experience preferred Experience in hospital or outpatient rehabilitation settings preferred Assignment Details Monday – Friday schedule No weekend requirement listed 13-week travel contract Quick start opportunity
