Mig Welder

Openings: 5 Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (DOE) Job Summary: We are seeking entry-level MIG Welders to support the fabrication and assembly of structural steel components used in trailer and heavy equipment manufacturing. Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on structural steel components Assist with the fabrication and assembly of trailer parts and chassis Read and interpret basic shop drawings and measurements Grind, clean, and prepare metal before welding Inspect welds to ensure proper penetration and quality Follow shop safety standards and production schedules Requirements Entry-level welders welcome Basic understanding of welding and fabrication Ability to read a tape measure Ability to work in a manufacturing/fabrication environment Welding Test will be required to complete a 1/8 horizontal plate MIG weld test during the interview process. All MIG welders must pass the welding test to be considered.
