This is a full-time/part time position with a reputable dental practice that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. You will work closely with our team of experienced dentists and support staff to ensure that each patient receives the best possible treatment and experience. This practice has 12 ops with Dental Cone beam CT, Digital Xrays, Guided implant surgery, Itero scanners, CEREC with same day crowns, and clear aligners. This is a FFS/PPO opportunity. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting routine dental exams, diagnosing oral health issues, and developing treatment plans - Performing various dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings - Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques - Collaborating with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients - Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records - Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices - Upholding the highest standards of patient care and customer service Qualifications: - Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree - Active state dental license - 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Dedication to continuous learning and professional development
