Customer Service | German + English Location: Lisbon (On-site) Start Date: 9 Apr 2026 Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 23:00 (Rotational shifts) Days Off: 2 rotational days Salary & Benefits: 1100€ gross x14 months 100€ bonus x11 months Requirements: Minimum 2 years customer service experience OR Experience in fraud investigation, abuse, or cybercrime environments Strong analytical and documentation skills Ability to gather information from different sources Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
