You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized planning records. You will also assist clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary. This position emphasizes reliability, organization, and high-quality service while supporting clients throughout the planning experience.
