STRATEGIC LEASING MANAGER (Commercial | Retail | FMCG) Location: TAGUM CITY, DAVAO Position Type: Full-Time / Senior Level Work Setup: Onsite Monday - Friday Job Description We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Leasing Manager to lead the tenancy strategy for a major commercial development in Manila. You will be responsible for curating a high-performing mix of occupants, developing growth strategies, and ensuring the long-term commercial success of the property. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Occupancy: Create and implement policies and projects to maximize occupancy and rental income. Portfolio Curation: Analyze and propose the best mix of services and occupants to ensure the project remains a top destination in the area. Operational Oversight: Review technical requirements and ensure all occupants comply with contractual obligations and property standards. Performance Management: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve occupant performance and achieve budget targets. Stakeholder Relations: Maintain high levels of satisfaction among occupants while upholding company policies and professional standards. Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in leasing, real estate, business development, or sales and marketing. Background: Proven track record working with international or high-end brands. Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
