We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Tour Planning Advisor to support clients in organizing travel arrangements and coordinating well-planned itineraries. This role focuses on research, organization, and clear communication to ensure travel plans are prepared accurately and efficiently. In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand schedules, preferences, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help build structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized planning records. You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments and documentation needs before, during, and after travel when required. This role emphasizes reliable coordination and thoughtful customer service while supporting travelers through the planning process.
