Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping). Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Develop, implement, and maintain standard work procedures and visual management systems. Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement effective corrective actions. Train and mentor employees on Lean principles and tools across all levels of the organization. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Lean transformation and sustain improvements. Recommended Qualifications Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban). Proven experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification preferred).
