Ability to perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and basic machine maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills for common machining issues and quality deviations. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in G-code programming and editing for Swiss lathes. Experience with advanced metrology equipment (e.g., CMM, optical comparators). Demonstrated ability to perform complex machine setups and changeovers independently. Basic machine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills.
