Key Responsibilities Perform routine calibration and verification of manufacturing equipment and instrumentation. Maintain accurate calibration records, documentation, and equipment history logs. Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair malfunctioning measurement and test equipment. Develop, review, and update calibration procedures and work instructions. Ensure all calibration activities comply with internal quality standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA). Manage the calibration schedule and coordinate with internal departments for equipment availability. Select and utilize appropriate calibration standards and measurement equipment. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Metrology, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent military training/certifications. 2+ years of hands-on experience performing calibrations in a manufacturing or laboratory environment. Strong understanding of metrology principles, measurement uncertainty, and calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025). Proficiency in calibrating and troubleshooting a diverse range of instrumentation (e.g., pressure, temperature, electrical, flow, force). Ability to accurately complete calibration documentation, reports, and utilize calibration management software.
