The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Norton Shores that are seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments, and customer collections. Process bi-weekly payroll, including timecard verification, tax filings, and benefit administration. Perform accurate bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain the general ledger. Oversee general office administration, including supply procurement, vendor management, and facility coordination. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team and manufacturing operations. Assist with month-end close procedures and prepare basic financial reports. Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles. Recommended Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP principles, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger management. Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel; experience with manufacturing ERP systems preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of combined experience in bookkeeping and office management, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to manage office operations, maintain administrative systems, and support diverse departmental needs. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and data management. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Familiarity with cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing environments. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and facility-related procurement or maintenance.
