Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure daily production targets for assembled products are met or exceeded while maintaining high quality standards. Monitor assembly processes for efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and addressing hazards. Oversee quality control procedures for assembled products, addressing and resolving non-conformances and defects. Coordinate the allocation of personnel, materials, and equipment to optimize assembly line productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material discrepancies promptly. Prepare and analyze production reports, communicating progress and challenges to management. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing assembly environment. Prior supervisory or team lead experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards (e.g., Lean, 5S), and safety protocols. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
