Solid understanding of assembly processes, blueprints, BOMs, and quality control standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address production issues and improve efficiency. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, 5S). Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for production tracking and reporting. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Certification in a relevant safety program (e.g., OSHA 10/30-hour General Industry).
