Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily assembly operations to meet production targets and schedules. Lead, train, and mentor assembly team members to foster skill development and high performance. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
