Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct daily assembly line operations to meet production schedules. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.
