Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support and consultation for company products and solutions in manufacturing applications. Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and systems using company technology. Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, and workshops for customers and internal teams. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field. Proven experience with manufacturing processes, such as CNC machining, automation, or robotics. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and technical presentations. Ability to configure, test, and deploy manufacturing software or hardware solutions. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#, G-code) for automation or custom tool development. Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Opcenter) and their integration with engineering applications. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance monitoring and reporting.
