Automation Engineer (RPS & Workflow)

Role Purpose : Design and run automation solutions (RPA, low-code, scripts) to eliminate manual, repetitive work across K3 brands, driving productivity and reducing operational costs. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain automations in Power Automate / UiPath and Python Integrate across email, SharePoint, ERP/CRM and document stores Implement robust exception handling, logging and audit trails Create citizen-developer templates and governance guidelines Track and report automation value and ROI metrics Preferable Experience: 3+ years in RPA/automation development Strong API integration and workflow skills Secure credential handling and least-privilege access Evidence of delivering high-value automations at scale UiPath/Power Platform certifications preferred Success Measures: 10+ priority processes automated in year one 10,000+ hours annualized savings from automation Sustained automation success rate >98% with low exception rates Salary Range: RM 114,000 - 172,000 per year + competitive benefits package Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid working model)
