Contract Management Specialist | Shared Services

Work Setup: Monday to Friday - Onsite, Dayshift Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including creation, review, execution, and renewal of contracts. Oversee rebates, returns, and refund processes associated with contracts. Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with business units, finance, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related escalations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in contract management. Maintain contract records, reports, and documentation to support audits and compliance. Support finance-related activities where applicable, including invoicing or reconciliation tied to contracts. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field. Proven experience in end-to-end contract management, including handling rebates, returns, and refunds. Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is preferred. Some exposure to finance operations is advantageous. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with ERP or contract management systems is a plus.
