The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, with proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance organizational performance and employee growth. Non-Negotiable Requirements: Experience supporting international travel accounts At least 4 years of Training Supervisor experience Key Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive training programs and curricula Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees Monitor and report on training metrics and ROI
