Key Responsibilities Identify, map, and analyze current state value streams to uncover inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Design and implement future state value streams focusing on Lean principles and continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and implementing process improvements within the value stream. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, tracking progress towards strategic goals. Drive cost reduction initiatives and waste elimination throughout the entire value stream. Facilitate and champion a culture of continuous improvement and Lean thinking within the manufacturing operations. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, product development, sales) to optimize the end-to-end value stream. Manage resources and budgets allocated to value stream improvement projects. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within production processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Experience with value stream mapping and implementing flow optimization strategies.
