Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manufactured products. Identify, document, and track defects, working with development and production teams to resolve issues. Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on new and existing products. Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks. Analyze test results and generate comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the testing process. Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues related to product testing. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products. Familiarity with various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, performance, regression, integration testing). Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages relevant to manufacturing environments. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Strong understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes.
