Experience with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective supplier collaboration. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis tools. - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. - Proven ability to conduct supplier audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). - Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) techniques like 8D or Fishbone diagrams. - Knowledge of various manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, electronics assembly).
