Key Responsibilities Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules. Supervise and mentor shop floor employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Monitor equipment functionality, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure optimal machine performance. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide shop floor personnel. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and quality control. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear instruction and reporting. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures within a manufacturing setting.
