Key Responsibilities Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient production flow and adherence to schedules. Manage and develop a team of skilled manufacturing personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Solid knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations within a manufacturing setting. Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization.
