Key Responsibilities Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for chronic and critical equipment failures. Develop, optimize, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies (e.g., RCM, FMEA, PMO). Analyze equipment performance data, downtime, and maintenance history to identify reliability trends and opportunities. Establish and monitor key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE. Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing asset availability and reducing maintenance costs. Provide technical expertise and specifications for new equipment selection, installation, and commissioning. Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement reliability best practices and training. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. 3-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on maintenance, reliability, or asset management. Proficiency in reliability engineering methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis, statistical process control). Experience utilizing CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis). Demonstrated ability to analyze failure data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
