Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and process them into inventory systems. Prepare, pack, and label outgoing products according to customer orders and shipping specifications. Coordinate with freight carriers, schedule pickups, and generate necessary shipping documentation. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and discrepancy resolution. Ensure the shipping and receiving areas are clean, organized, and adhere to safety standards. Recommended Qualifications Prior experience (1-3 years) in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated experience. Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation, inventory control, and quality checks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
