Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Accurately record and log all incoming and outgoing inventory using the company's inventory management system. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer orders and shipping requirements. Schedule and coordinate with carriers for outgoing freight pickups. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with internal departments (production, purchasing, sales) regarding inventory status and shipment details. Recommended Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment. Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications. Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment (certification may be required). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
