Key Responsibilities Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods. Document inspection results accurately and maintain comprehensive quality records. Identify and report non-conforming products, initiating corrective action procedures. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure product compliance. Calibrate and maintain inspection and measurement equipment. Collaborate with production personnel to resolve quality issues and implement improvements. Ensure adherence to established quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Recommended Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Strong understanding of quality control principles, sampling plans, and inspection methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills for identifying defects. Experience with documenting inspection results and generating quality reports.
