Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and deadlines. Lead, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Monitor inventory levels and material flow, coordinating with supply chain as needed. Conduct regular equipment checks and support preventative maintenance activities. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (2-4 years) in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity. Strong understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control systems. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and train a production team effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks. Solid commitment to safety protocols, 5S principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
