Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and implement PLC programs for new and existing manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex automation system failures, including PLC hardware and software. Integrate PLC programs with robotic systems, vision systems, and other factory automation devices. Provide technical support and perform commissioning for new machinery and process improvements. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development. 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, including commissioning and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and motor control systems (VFDs, servos). Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent technical diploma/experience. Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex control system issues and implement effective solutions. Bonus Qualifications Experience with HMI/SCADA system development (e.g., FactoryTalk View, WinCC, Ignition). Proficiency in industrial communication protocols and network design (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, OPC UA). Prior experience integrating and programming industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots). Familiarity with vision systems programming and integration (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
